Portal Home Page

After successfully logging in, you will enter the portal home page. From here, you can view the News Center, Announcements, and other corporate updates.

Single Sign-On (SSO) for Applications​

From Home, Workspace, or My Applications, you can click on an application icon to log in to the business system directly without entering a password.

From Home, you can manage and maintain your own list of frequently used links for quick access at any time.

News and Announcements​

From Home, you can view corporate news and announcements published by administrators.

Plugin Downloads​

From Workspace, you can download necessary plugins, including:

  • PC Face Recognition Login Plugin
  • PC Fingerprint Login Plugin
  • Cross-Browser SSO Plugin (required for cross-browser single sign-on)

Change Password​

From Workspace or Personal Information → Account Security (upper-right corner), you can change your account password.

Login Method Binding​

From Workspace or Personal Information → Account Security, you can bind your preferred login methods, such as:

  • DingTalk account
  • FIDO device
  • OTP (One-Time Password) token

Account Delegation​

From Workspace, you can delegate your application account to another user. The delegated user will be able to use your account to access the corresponding business system.

My To-Do Items​

From Workspace, you can view pending tasks and approvals. Click a task to quickly navigate to the relevant page for processing.

Access Request​

From Workspace or Access Center, you can submit access requests and track their approval progress in Workspace.

Self-Service Access Management​

From Self-Service Access, you can view and manage your assigned permissions. You can also release any permissions you no longer need.

Online Device Management​

From Personal Information → Login Devices (upper-right corner), you can view which devices your account is currently logged in on, and log out of selected devices remotely.
